So here's our first day of Anawangin tour. Our first stop-over at SUBIC before going to Pundaquit, Anawangin.
After the 15 minutes bathroom break at mini-stop Subic. We departed to Pundaquit, Zambales. And after we arrived at Pundaquit, We wait for about 10-15 minutes to settle our 50% payment to the driver and boat man.
After the long wait. Finally we are now heading to ANAWANGIN COVE! Finally. Be amazed at beautiful scenic views of Pundaquit, Zambales.
We're finally here at Anawangin, Cove. Edita's Campsite. They're open for business. Haha. The resort is owned by an INC member.
After we arrived in Anawangin Cove. We helped the boatman build our 3 tents. Love the fine sand. This picture is very relaxing. No school, stress and chores to do! =)
In the afternoon we spoke to our boatman about how to go the mini-waterfalls, unfortunately he didn't know how but there's a guy who knew and we paid him 300 pesos (group). Yipee!
- This trek is very tiring. It's about 20-30 minutes walk so 1hr for back and forth.
- Find any sticks for self-defense.
- Wear comfortable slippers. (Rocky-road.)
- Beware of snakes. (I saw one crawling in front of me. It's scary but didn't bite me. The snake move fasts).
After we got back to our camp site. We swam, played beach volley and rest. And at night we partied hard! Drank, Eat and Laughed! AND lastly, had a BONFIRE!
In the morning, we cooked and ate breakfast. We are now heading to Mt. Pundaquit to trek and to see the beautiful Anawangin Cove and other part of the island.
Take note: I'm afraid of heights. If you don't have the guts to trek at small ways. Don't dare to trek because you might faint. You'll trek near the cliff of the Mountain.
This is "ME"
With the GANG
The BEAUTIFUL scenic view of Anawangin and other island.
After we trek in the Mt. Pundaquit. We swim, swim and SWIM!
SURVIVOR?
After we went swimming in the beach. We got back to our camp site. And relax together with the pine trees.
After we relaxed. We went to Capones Island (side-trip). Wow. White sand and the crystal blue water. FYI, the water is unfriendly. Very wavy.
YES! That's all. Thanks for reading my first blog-entry. Sorry for my wrong grammar and child-like grammars. I'm just very excited to make this first blog-entry....
::::TAKE NOTE::::
Dont'f forget to bring:
Food and Water

FYI: There is no signal in the COVE. So don't expect your BOSS will call you. Haha! =))
